RETURN POLICY
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all items are non-returnable.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You may request a replacement or full refund.
To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging
REFUND POLICY
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate:

A replacement, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to verify claims before approving refunds or replacements
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end
